The complex has an excellent location in growing South Naples. Situated just off the Tamiami Trail at the intersection of US 41 and SR 951 (Collier Blvd.), Falling Waters Beach Resort is located just seven miles south of Exit 101 (Old Exit15) on Interstate 75. You can get anywhere from here with ease! Itís a short drive to Fort Meyerís International Airport. Itís a straight shot to Miami (Route 41 is the Tamiami Trail) and to Ft. Lauderdale (I-75 is Alligator Alley).
The pristine sandy beaches of both Marco Island and Naples are only minutes away as are shopping and fine restaurants. Golfers will enjoy the wide variety of public courses to choose from and many of the private clubs reciprocate with those in other areas.
The recreational opportunities are just amazing. Bus trips to cultural events, shopping sprees and other places/events of interest are organized through the Club. Sign up sheets are posted at the entryway. The social room & kitchen are available for parties and the community itself will host holiday parties through out the year. They know how to have a good time here!
The boating opportunities are endless! There are boat rentals, fishing charters, dinner cruises, sight seeing and shelling cruises, and cruises to nowhere in particular. If youíre feeling lucky, thereís a gambling boat as well. Key West is only 4 hours away by the scheduled water shuttle.
One of the main reasons people flock to this area is our beautiful beaches! The complex is a short ride to both the Marco Island beaches as well as those in Naples. Whether you enjoy a long stroll, a relaxing time sunbathing or swimming in the warm Gulf, this is the place to be! Our shelling is great here! We have a wide variety of the most unusual seashells. Many of the locals design artful shell crafts from their finds.
Why not take in spectacular nature watching in the Everglades National Park? Itís on of natureís last and most primitive frontiers. There are hundred's of species of birds, animals and plants that you wonít see many other places. Itís unlike any other park youíll find! But please, donít feed the alligators!
These units overlook a lake, some feature an outdoor kitchen. Each unit at Falling Waters Beach Resort has it's own garage. It's great to be able keep your vehicle sheltered from our sunny skies.
